Quick tension release exercises

Sometimes you may not have time to do a full progressive muscle relaxation exercise.  Or you may just want to use a ‘quick fix’ to let go of any muscle tension you might be holding.  In this video, we will show you three quick exercises that you can do, either together as a group exercise… or in isolation, just using each short, simple exercise as a stress releaser as and when you need it.
